Sour Dough bread will give you a much crisper and denser Croûton, especially when served with soups.
Ingredients
2 Slices Sour Dough Bread
Butter
Directions
- Heat the oven to 175 c/ 350 f
- Butter the bread on both sides
- Cut into cubes, the same thickness as the bread
- Place into the hot oven and bake for about 15 minutes of until golden brown
- Serve or let them cool and store in an airtight container for future use
